Quick troubleshooting
- Make sure your iPhone is running a supported, current version of iOS.
- Close Ghost Glide completely and reopen it.
- Restart your iPhone if sound, controls, or Game Center stop responding.
- Check the App Store for the latest Ghost Glide update.
- Confirm that your device has enough available storage.
Sound
Ghost Glide includes a sound-effects control inside the game. Check that control and your iPhone volume settings if the game is silent.
Game progress and costumes
Scores, Spirit Points, unlocked costumes, and game preferences are stored locally on the device. Removing the app may remove locally stored progress unless a future version provides a separate backup or synchronization feature.
Game Center
Ghost Glide can use Apple Game Center for authentication and leaderboard scores. If the leaderboard is unavailable, confirm that you are signed into Game Center in iPhone Settings and that your internet connection is working.
Game Center accounts and services are managed by Apple. Reptile Like Me cannot reset an Apple Account or Game Center profile.
